
Studio Policies
- If you’re new to Minneapolis Yoga, please register for your first class ahead of time online. Making a habit of signing up through our web site or the MindBody app before every class will also save you time.
- We encourage online check-in prior to class so that we may accommodate everyone. Registering online saves your spot in class. Be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes early or your spot will be given away and your class fee given to our scholarship program.
- Yoga is best practiced with bare feet and on an empty stomach. (Avoid eating 1-3 hours beforehand)
- Avoid wearing perfumes or other fragrances, or smoking cigarettes before class.
- Bring lots of water! 40+ ounces for before, during and after class (we do not have a fancy water filling station like many studios).
- Dress light and wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to stretch easily.
- We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat and several towels. We do provide mats and towels for rent at $3 each.
- Silence mobile phones while at the studio and refrain from using them in our lobby.
- Inform your teacher if you’re injured, pregnant or have any medical condition that requires caution.
- Please enter the yoga studio quietly to support our meditative environment.
- We cannot honor late arrivals, for your safety and the respect of everyone’s time.
- P.S. Always stay for savasana for at least 2 minutes (for maximum benefit) we hope you fall in love with Bikram yoga and experience vibrant health!
