Our classes are there for you no matter what you need on any given day. Original Hot Yoga is designed to heal your body inside out, head to toes. You may notice a new level of flexibility or maybe your class allows you to focus more than you had in the past. Inferno Hot Pilates will challenge your strength and build your endurance. Our Hatha class is toasty warm, but not hot, includes many postures from our hot class as well as other postures and practices that are taught in a therapeutic way to help you learn where to put the effort and how to find ease in each posture. Yin Yoga is restorative, relaxing, and melts away any tension you hold in your body by using props and gravity to sink and find release. No matter what you are looking for, we have what you need. Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is a high intensity, low impact workout based on pilates principles. Pilates is the perfect compliment to yoga, yoga increases flexibility and focus, pilates will increase your strength and endurance. This class is set to music and heated to 90 degrees so be prepared to sweat, have fun, and see fast results! Join us for Inferno Hot Pilates and take Original Hot Yoga the next day…..there is no better routine!

MPLS YOGA 90 (M.Y. 90)

This beginning series consists of completing 26 postures one at a time, with two breathing exercises. You work every inch of your body affecting every muscle, joint, and body system. This class takes place in a room heated to 105 degrees with 40% humidity. It’s the same series each time but, you will find every class is different! You will sweat, breathe, focus, and relax all in 90 minutes. This is perfect for everyone from first timers to the most experienced practitioner. Come see what you are capable of accomplishing!

MPLS YOGA 60 (M.Y. 60)

The hot one hour class includes all of the Original 26 & 2 postures with a few variations and is perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners.

If you are looking to get your Original Hot practice in but are a little short on time, or want to try out hot yoga, this is for you!

Hatha Yoga

In Hatha Yoga class we will perform one posture at a time to allow deep focus on the posture, your body, and your breath. This requires concentration and effort. Even though this class is not as hot as our Hot Yoga 90 and 60 minutes classes, you will be challenged and sweat! The sequence, postures, and breathing exercises practiced vary to broaden your mind and to create new physical experiences. This 60 - 75 minute class is perfect for beginners or experienced yogis because you will get clear instruction and feedback, the instructor will demonstrate, answer questions, and check in throughout class to be sure you have a solid understanding. Come try Hatha, you won’t regret it!

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is an unheated, beautiful and restorative yoga class. This class is all about supportive, long and gentle stretches to open your body, release tension, and let go. In Yin you will have ample time to let gravity take hold so you can sink in deep. We teach slowly and use soft music to leave you feeling relaxed and restored. Yin is the perfect retreat for your mind and body! Every Sunday afternoon and every other Wednesday night at 6pm.
