What is our studio about?
We are the only Original Hot Yoga studio and the only studio offering Inferno Hot Pilates in the Twin Cities. Our mission is to welcome all students no matter their background or experience level. Read more about our owner’s background and why this is our mission here: Melissa Sargent.
When you walk in our door, you’ll be welcomed by our awesome community and probably meet a few new friends before you check in for class. There are many types classes to meet your individual needs, and our certified instructors will guide you through class.
new to yoga or pilates?

You do not need to be flexible or have special skills to participate in any of our classes. Yoga and Pilates are not about if you have “enough” strength or flexibility, it’s about building on what you already have, yourself! Our caring, knowledgeable teachers will guide you through and you get to take it one step at a time.

Inferno Hot Pilates is for YOU!
This is THE Inferno Hot Pilates method. You will build your core and overall body strength.
Intense, low impact moves create fast results.
Feel and become stronger, more coordinated, and in tune with your body.
Your balance and endurance will improve. Walk tall and feel strong!
Pilates is Yoga’s perfect companion. Come in, listen to the music, work hard, cheer on your neighbor, have FUN, and feel better!
