Yoga is a practice in which we are never done learning. As we practice, our bodies can change due to injury, repetitive stress, or we may experience discomfort during class even without injury. To keep practicing throughout our lifespan, it is important to use our body safely and effectively in our postures. No matter what you may need (progression or modifications), you found just the place to learn about your practice in a safe way. Sessions are led by Melissa Sargent, a Certified Occupational Therapist with over two decades of experience in physical rehabilitation, multiple yoga certifications, and an Inferno Hot Pilates certification. She also has personal experience in modifying her own practice. After you book your session below you will receive an email within 24 hours confirming your appointment and an intake form to complete prior to your appointment.
