Sandy LaMendola

In 1991 I began practicing yoga as a balance to my running and weights workouts. I liked the poise, posture and calm yoga brought me. Fast forward to 2005, when I had my first class at Minneapolis Yoga with Martha Williams. I felt very encouraged by her enthusiasm! Hooked, I decided at the end of class I would be a Bikram Yoga teacher.

Since then I’ve practiced regularly at Mpls Yoga. Nothing makes me feel as good as yoga class, the heat and movements an elixir for joint & muscle pain.

There’s an evident sense of devotion by each teacher at Mpls Yoga to the students in class, our yoga community, and their peers. I’m grateful to be part of this tribe.
