This yoga heals me in profound ways. I started practicing (what was then called Bikram yoga) 14 years ago and it has opened me up to other practices like meditation, mindful eating, equanimity, and kindness. Yoga helps me love myself and others a lot.
I have taught since 2009. As a teacher, one of the greatest privileges is witnessing profound healing in others who practice regularly, or even just once.
